Every coaching engagement starts with a no-obligation chemistry conversation. This is about fit. We want to make sure we are the right coach for you, and you want to make sure we understand your world. This conversation is completely free, completely confidential and completely honest. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

Goal Setting and Contracting
We establish clear outcomes together. What does success look like in 3 months? What are the specific changes you want to make? What metrics will tell us this has worked? We create a coaching contract that is specific, honest and aligned with what you actually need, not what you think you are supposed to need.

Immersive Coaching Sessions
Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes of focused, structured work. We use a blend of coaching methodologies including GROW, solution-focused, somatic and cognitive-behavioural, adapted to what works best for you. Every session ends with clear actions, commitments and accountability measures. This is not a conversation that disappears into the ether.
